I wish to become a member of the Salisbury EcoHub Alliance CIO. I hereby give permission for Salisbury EcoHub Alliance CIO to hold my personal data for that purpose. I understand that Salisbury EcoHub Alliance CIO is a registered charity with an Association Model constitution, that members may join as an individual or as a representative of a group or organisation and that this formal structure is such that it provides members (whether individuals or group representatives) with legal protection from personal liability.
